Depending on the scope, jurisdiction, and eligibility requirements of a particular funding program, Golsar may participate as an industry partner, engineering or technical partner, research collaborator, consultant, subcontractor, associated partner, or other eligible project participant.
Project roles, funding arrangements, intellectual property, deliverables, publication responsibilities, and professional engineering responsibilities are established separately for each collaboration.
