Mohammad is the founder and principal engineer of Golsar Construction, Testing & Exploration PLLC. With a Doctoral degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings expertise in construction, materials testing, geotechnical investigations, hydrology, hydraulics, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Mohammad has led projects that combine precision engineering with environmental responsibility. His research at Lamar University on sustainable construction materials, cementitious systems, and geopolymers, along with studies on contaminated water management and disaster risk reduction, has been published in Tier One journals. He is dedicated to bridging research and practice, delivering solutions that are sustainable, efficient, and reliable.
